This Indian class covers delicious curries from across India sure to warm up your winter. We will teach you to make 3 delightful curries. Firstly we'll make Vegetable Korma, a vegetable curry in a coconut sauce with spices. This will be followed Aloo Gobi, a dry potato and cauliflower curry. This will be rounded out with a channa masala - garbanzo beans in a delicious tamarind sauce.This delicious selection of curries will be served with fragrant basmati rice and cucumber raita. Masala chai at the end of the meal will set the right tone for a delightful, satisfying evening.
Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 2 hours.
