Elizabeth Molloy, PhD, BPhysio (Hons), FANZAHPE
Professor of Work Integrated Learning, Department of Medical Education, Melbourne Medical School, University of Melbourne

Elizabeth Molloy is Professor of Work Integrated Learning in the Department of Medical Education, Melbourne Medical School, at the University of Melbourne. She has published over 90 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and books, with an interest in workplace learning, feedback, assessment, professional transitions, and clinical teacher professional development. Elizabeth’s PhD (2006) examined the role of the clinical educator in providing performance feedback to students. As well as teacher education (short courses and postgraduate award courses), she is involved in designing and researching innovations to improve the preparation of undergraduate and postgraduate students to engage in workplace learning. Elizabeth is currently working on 2 Nationally funded grants examining how feedback can be designed in the university and work-based setting, and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Association for Health Professions Education.
