Frank Abagnale gained notoriety in the U.S. and overseas for his fradulent crimes. He was later hired by the FBI as an expert of forgery and document theft, becoming the subject of the popular 2002 film 'Catch Me If You Can' and current CEO of Abagnale & Associates.
The innovative mogul, entered the world of crime as a youngster with credit card and check schemes. He later impersonated various white collar professionals, creating an overseas trail, and was arrested at 21 by the French police. Abagnale was eventually hired by the FBI as a consultant and then started his own agency, educating corporations, financial institutions and government organizations on how to detect and handle fraudulence.
Mr. Abagnale is a faculty member at the National Advocacy Center (NAC), which is operated by the Department of Justice, Executive Office for United States Attorneys. More than 14,000 financial institutions, corporations and law enforcement agencies use his fraud prevention programs. In 1998, he was selected as a distinguished member of "Pinnacle 400" by CNN Financial News. Today Mr. Abagnale is a member of the Board of Editors for Bank Fraud and IT Security, as well as the Financial Fraud Law Report.

Peter Swire is the Nancy J. and Lawrence P. Huang Professor of Law and Ethics, at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of the faculty of the Scheller College of Business, with appointments by courtesy with the College of Computing and School of Public Policy. He is the senior counsel with the law firm of Alston & Bird LLP.
Swire has been a leading privacy and cyber-law scholar, government leader, and practitioner since the rise of the Internet in the 1990’s. In 2015 the International Association of Privacy Professionals, among its over 20,000 members, awarded him its Privacy Leadership Award. In 2013, he served as one of five members of President Obama’s Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technology. Prior to that, he was co-chair of the global Do Not Track process for the World Wide Web Consortium. He is a Senior Fellow with the Future of Privacy Forum, and a Policy Fellow with the Center for Democracy and Technology.
Not only is Swire the author of five books, he has served on privacy and security advisory boards for companies including Google, IBM, Intel, and Microsoft, as well as a number of start-ups.

James is also a patented inventor (of an encryption privacy related patent) and a devoted father. He divides his time between research, tinkering with technology, building security programs, and training for endurance events through CrossFit. He is certified as a CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CPISA, and CPISM. He holds degrees in Risk Management and Management Information Systems, as well as an MBA in Finance.
