Eli's buys and roasts 1,000 pounds of specialty-grade coffee each week from micro-lot, specialty-coffee farmers from all over the world, including Indonesia, Central America and Africa. The beans are all roasted at Eli’s Roastery, ensuring we bring you the best cup of coffee possible with each brew.
To select the coffee for all Eli's locations, Eli's coffee buyer and roaster, Wayne Ponemon, a Licensed Q Grader and green coffee buyer, cups daily to evaluate the beans.
