ABOUT THE FILM

In the film, Jane Ko, Austin’s top food blogger hosts our journey between farm to table with innovative chefs, urban farms, and more across the city.

In this episode, we follow two ingredients through Austin: goat’s milk and honey. We will meet with an urban farmer, Francesca Hernandez, the owner of Whirlaway Farms and try pizza at Bufalina with fresh-made goat’s cheese sourced from her farm. Then we go to the Sustainable Food Center, and meet resident beekeeper Tara Chapman who also owns Two Hives Honey before finally cooling off with some honey brewed beverages, or craft mead, at Meridian Hive.
