On 20 March 2012 the Australia Council and City of Sydney will host a presentation and discussion session 'Culture Count: Measuring Cultural Value' at Customs House, Circular Quay in partnership with the Centre for Creative Industries, Queensland University of Technology.
The event will feature a presentation from Hasan Bakhshi, director for creative industries in NESTA's policy research unit as well as local experts in cultural planning and measurement research.
Hear about the latest findings in cultural assessment and public policy and share your ideas about how public policy should value the arts. This event will be of interest to those involved in cultural planning, funding and advocacy, appraisal, policy-making and research.
