Group leads prepare to engage the group with three types of questions
- Green Light Questions are designed to create light discussion to engage the group
- Yellow Light Questions may feel riskier to attendees, but support the healing process
- Soap Box Questions are opportunities for attendees to share their stories, if they so choose.
