Taste the diverse flavors from around the world at this B.E.A.R. Fundraiser. Pickup your cuisine curbside and experience global culture!

About this Event

Join Bitterroot Ecological Awareness Resources (B.E.A.R.) at Hamilton Montana's Cultural Food Festival sponsored by Headwaters Foundation. Our extraordinary chefs will prepare dishes from around the world including France, England, Southern USA, Chile, India, Norway, and more this October 18th at the The Rocky Mountain Grange!

All proceeds go towards financing the High and Low Ropes Challenge Course at Hieronymus Park in Hamilton, MT.

Dinner Tickets (Curbside Pickup - October 18)

Ticket includes one gourmet meal in a takeout box with a sampling of flavors from all over the world and one raffle ticket for the online raffle drawing. Meal Tickets are pre-order only. There are no at-the-door sales. Food is packaged in individual to-go boxes and ready to eat. We give our chefs complete creative freedom over the dishes they prepare so that they can create something that represents their culture. For that reason, we are unable to guarantee any specific dietary requests. Chefs will announce their delicious dishes on B.E.A.R's social media in the weeks leading up to the event.

To foster social distancing, curbside pickup is sectioned into 30-minute phases from 5:30-8:30. Please arrive at the Rocky Mountain Grange, 1436 S 1st St, Hamilton MT within the 30-minute window of your selected time.

  • Potato Dumplings, Norway (vegetarian)
  • Ratatouille, France (vegetarian)
  • Indian dish TBD, India (vegetarian)
  • Cornbread, Southern US (vegetarian)
  • Carolina Gold BBQ Chicken, Southern US (gluten-free)
  • Pastel de Choclo/Beef Casserole, Chile (gluten-free)
  • Individual Shepherd's Pies, England
  • Albondigas/Meatballs in Sauce, Spain
  • Beef Pasties by the MineShaft, Latin America

Prize Raffle Tickets (Drawing - October 20, 6pm):

The online raffle will include many items donated from generous sponsors. The drawing will be held live online on October 20th on B.E.A.R.'s Facebook page. Raffle tickets will be drawn for each item in order of value (lowest to highest). It is possible to win more than one item if another one of your tickets is drawn. You do not have to be online with us to win.

Your raffle tickets will be available for pick-up at the Grange during the event on October 18th when you pickup your meal curbside. If you can't make it to the event, you may pickup your tickets at B.E.A.R. at 1105 W Main Street. If you don't want to pick up your tickets - it's no problem, you do not need your raffle tickets in-hand to win. Prize winners will be notified via email or phone after the October 20th drawing.
