Description

Join us for another Cultural Cooking Class, where you will learn to make Bun Thit Lon (Vermicelli with marinated pork). This peer-led cooking class will be run by one of our Vietnamese students who will teach you to make a traditional recipe from her culture. Enjoy your cooked meal with all course participants at the conclusion of the class.

Please note: This is a traditional recipe containing pork, fish sauce and oyster sauce. It will not be possible to modify to suit all dietary and cultural considerations.

This cooking class is for people of all skill levels and is totally free, with all ingredients provided.

Please bring along your own container to take home any leftovers.
