Creating welcoming and inclusive schools.

At this free training session we will explore ways of creating school communities that are welcoming and inclusive. With funding from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, this event is organised by St Paul’s Children's Centre, Rosemary Nursery and Hannah More Primary School, together with City of Sanctuary.

Explore effective ways to involve parents from migrant communities

Reflect on how your school / workplace can be more culturally aware

Hear from parents about their experiences of the UK education system

Discuss cultural differences and similarities

Find out about Schools of Sanctuary and how your school can be a safer and more welcoming place for all

Please note the nearest parking is at the Galleries Shopping centre, this is 8 minutes' walk away. Parking for 4 hours will cost you £5.20.

Many buses stop nearby and the venue is 12 minutes' walk from Temple Meads.
