The Cultivating Success™ Farmer Mentor Program allows beginning farmers and ranchers to work one-on-one with an experienced farmer mentor. This workshop is geared for established farmers who have a desire to pass on their knowledge and skills to beginning farmers and ranchers. Participants of the workshop will be guided on how to develop successful mentorship relationships that are beneficial for both the beginning farmer and the experienced farmer mentor. Participating farmer mentors receive on-going assistance with curriculum development.
$25 registration includes lunch and workshop materials. Rural Roots members may register for $15. Email to register with your Rural Roots discount code.

There are no ID requirements or age limits to attend the workshop.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You will be mailed a University of Idaho guest parking permit for the day of the event. Please contact the program coordinator if you do not need a parking permit.
