Cultivating Professional Resiliency Conference
Thank you for registering for this year's Permian Basin Mental Health Conference: Cultivating Professional Resiliency. We look forward to seeing you this Friday, January 27th. Below you will find some last minute information to help get you oriented to the conference.
1. When you arrive at First Baptist Church (2104 W. Louisiana Ave), please use the north parking lot on Cuthbert Street, directly in front of the Fellowship Hall. You will enter the front doors of the Fellowship Hall where you will find the check-in/registration tables.
If this parking lot is full, you may also use the east parking lot across the street by the football field/track OR the parking lot to the the west of the church on Garfield and Louisiana. The doors to the Fellowship Hall north of the church will still be the best doors to enter.
2. Registration and breakfast begin at 7:30. The welcome will begin promptly at 8:00. Lunch and snacks will also be provided.
3. Continuing Education Units- Inside your bag, you will find the schedule for the day. When you attend a session, please have the presenter/monitor initial beside that particular session. At the end of the day, take this form with you to the CEU table. The initials are "proof" that you attended a session. Six hours of CEU's are available.
If you do not need CEU's, but would like a certificate of attendance, these will also be available at the check-out tables. Initials are not needed to receive a certificate.
4. Below you will find an updated schedule. You will choose which breakout session you would like to attend; however, sessions have limited seating. Once a session is at capacity, doors will be closed and you will be asked to attend another session. If there is a session you are really hoping to attend, please head that way quickly so you will not miss your opportunity. A detailed description of each session will be included in your program, which you will receive when you arrive at the conference.
