About our Host: Cheryl Jones, Founder and CEO of The Mindful Path has devoted her entire career to empowering people with skills to improve health and well-being in all areas of life. She received the Norman Vincent Peale Award as well as the Chairman’s Leadership Award for her work leading a mindfulness-based wellness strategy at Aetna. Cheryl was voted one of the 12 Powerful Women of the Mindfulness Movement. Her background includes undergrad and master’s degrees in Health and Exercise Science. Cheryl is extensively trained as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and holds a Certificate in Spirituality from the University of Saint Joseph. She is the author of Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked and Mindful Exercise.
