Take a walk you will never forget with Dina Falconi, local herbalist and author of Foraging & Feasting: A Field Guide and Wild Food Cookbook. Dina will guide workshop attendees through the lawns and gardens of Glynwood collecting edible weeds. Following the walk, participants will join Glynwood’s Executive Chef, Jodi Cummings, in the Glynwood kitchen to turn edible weeds into delicious dishes. Attendees can purchase Dina’s book and will leave with recipes.
