Workshop with Katy Bowen, MS, RDN, LD at the San Antonio Botanical Garden

About this event

Learn how the Culinary Health Education for Families (CHEF) program helps children connect garden to plate by making fresh, flavorful recipes with ingredients straight from the garden. Participants will also learn creative strategies to impact children’s overall health and wellbeing using hands-on culinary health education in a garden or school setting.

Workshop is offered twice on November 10th, 2:00 and 7:00 Central
