Description

In this 4-hour instructional workshop, Chef Jonathan Rhodes will guide a group of cooks in an educational culinary setting. The curriculum will consist of the preserving and canning of Fall fruit while enjoying it with homemade biscuits, making a traditional layered potato casserole filled with roasted caramelized vegetables, curried pumpkin with peas, and smoked pork ribs glazed in a pumpkin barbecue sauce. *Food allergens cannot be accomodated.

This workshop can be completed be completed at any skill level for beginners, intermediate, and advanced cooks of all kinds. It is not required to bring your own working tools (i.e. knives, spoons, etc) though it is suggested. We ask that all participating cooks wear closed-toe shoes (non-slip preferred) and pants. No shorts, sandals, heels, etc. Aprons can be provided, but feel free to bring your own!
