There will be a waiting list for participants when an institute becomes full.
If payment is not received by June 15, participants will be contacted by support staff via phone and email to confirm payment has been mailed.
On June 30, participants who are on the waiting list will be contacted to confirm attendance and reminded to bring payment to institute.
Using a variety of skill-building activities, participants will work together to discover how to strengthen the skills necessary to provide appropriate services for consumers. Focus will be on areas of need according to state assessment results in order to guide improvement on assessment scores. Topics may include, but are not limited to, ethical practices, AES, condensing information, prioritizing, cue reading, voicing and transphonation.
This is an INTERMIADTE LEVEL class
