About this Event
Brand new class detailing the ins and outs of tax resolution lien work!
"Lien work" is central to approximately 5 to 10 percent of all IRS Collections representation cases you'll ever work.
What exactly is lien work?
Lien work entails:
- Withdrawal of filed Notices of Federal Tax Lien (NFTL) from public record.
- Obtaining lien release certificates on paid of expired tax debts
- Subordination of the statutory IRS lien to another creditor.
- Discharge of a specific asset from the statutory tax lien.
- Representing clients with nominee, alteree, transferee, and other lien issues.
Lien work is a specialized sub-niche of tax resolution, and provides ample opportunity to build a highly profitable, boutique tax practice.
In this class, you will learn all about lien subordination processes, how to assess client cases for subordination, and how to apply this tool to help your clients.
Please note that this is an Intermediate level class, and requires prior knowledge of basic NFTL statutes and administrative procedures.

- Apply IRS procedures to request and negotiate obtaining of lien subordination certificates.

About the Instructor
