CTBUH Seattle Presents: The Ivey & Ayer - Construction Tour and Happy Hour

(NOTE: Please bring your own PPE if possible) The CTBUH Seattle chapter and Future Leaders Committee presents a construction tour of Seattle's newest residential towers. Graciously hosted by Holland Development and Construction, the tour will explore The Ivey and The Ayer, two residential towers in the Denny Triangle neighborhood. Recently completed, the Ivey features a mix of residential, commercial and performing spaces for Cornish College of the arts, along with a robust amenity program that features a rooftop pool and spa terrace. The Ayer, still under construction on the opposite corner of the block, features a unique mix of double height amenity spaces, multi-floor penthouses, and rooftop amenity spaces right in the heart of Denny Triangle. Between the two 440' towers, they house over 800 residential units, above and below grade parking, 50,000 square feet of commercial office space, 35,000 SF of amenity space, an art gallery, and 180 seat performance hall. The tour itself will be guided by representatives from the development, construction and design teams to provide a complete picture of the process from start to finish.
