Welcome!

The 14th Annual California State University, Northridge Pre-Health Conference provides community-college, university, post-bac, and high school students, parents, and counselors with the information and skills necessary to succeed in the medical and the health professions schools' admissions process.

There will be unique and fantastic opportunities for direct contact with graduate school representatives such as the medical, pharmacy, and dental school deans of admission, admission officers, financial aid officers, faculty, and staff.

The 2017 Conference will be held at the California, State University, Northridge on Saturday, March 31st, 2018. It will take place at the Grand Salon and the East Conference. Further details will be provided on the day of.

This event is open to EVERYONE, regardless of level of school completed: high school, community college, state university, private university, post-baccalaureate, graduate,and professional level students. Parents are welcome!Along with registering for this free conference.

Who's invited?

The conference is open to students from community colleges, CSU and UC campuses, private universities, and high schools; post-baccalaureate pre-health applicants; parents and other family members of students interested in a medical profession; high school and college academic counselors and advisors; and anyone who is interested in a career in medicine, public health, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, and other health professions.

Are there ID requirements?

Yes, you must present a state issued or school ID with a name that matches with the admission ticket.

Is there an age limit to enter event?

There are NO age restrictions for General Admission tickets. High school students are welcome, and do not need a Parent or Guardian present. Family members who do wish to attend the conference along with a minor, may do so by registering for the conference.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, you must bring your printed ticket to the conference in order to receieve your name badge and to be admitted inside.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No, the ticket is not transferrable.

How much is the registration for the event?

The event is completely free, however sign ups are on a first come and first serve basis.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available throughout the California State University, Northridge campus. However parking closest to the event's location is the G3 Parking Structure and Lot. Parking permits are available from vending machines for $8.00 (all day).
