Description

Riverside County Children's Services is hosting the first Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) Awareness Conference which will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Moreno Valley Conference Center. This conference will address Human Trafficking within our community and highlight the growing issues associated with the sexual exploitation of youth.

The conference is designed for School Professionals, Medical Professionals, Care Providers, Therapists, Tribes, Churches, Law Enforcement, Attorneys, and the Service Industry.

Attendees will learn how to identify potential risk factors and traits of CSEC victims and where to report suspected child abuse. Topics include:

  • Social Media and Trafficking
  • Law Enforcement's Role
  • CSEC Services in our Community
