This training will cover the vulnerabilities of CSEC youth as well as the cultural glorification of sexual exploitation. Trainees will learn about the different types of traffickers as well as their tactics of coercion and manipulation. Trainees will also learn California’s policies on CSEC, including welfare and institution codes. Trainees will learn about indicator signs and the resources and services available to impacted youth.
