Credit Card Authorization I authorize Elizabeth Anna’s to immediately deduct an initial charge of $62 in fees, plus either $55 or $35 for my first share of produce from my payment method. Thereafter, I will be charged every week for the share I have chosen.
CSA Agreement (All Required)
I understand that because the produce is co-op style I am responsible for my share at every pick up. If I have to miss a pick-up day, I will still be charged and am responsible for having someone else pick up my share for me unless I have made vacation arrangements, otherwise, it will be donated to a needy family.
I understand that I will always pre-pay my share through my recurring billing. At each pick-up, I will bring back my clean produce bin. I understand that the annual membership fee and service fee are non-refundable and that my bins are property of Elizabeth Anna’s and must be returned if I decide to temporarily, or permanently, cancel my produce share.
Membership start dates will begin on the day of first pick up and remain active for one year. For example, if you sign up in March 2014, your membership will be active until March 2015.
Elizabeth Anna Urban Farm, Garden, & Market
Loving local food, inspiring others to plant
Elizabeth Anna’s Urban Farm and Garden is about more than buying pretty flowers or getting a landscape installed, but we are also about loving local family farm food, inspiring others to grow edibles, welcoming (the thought of) farm animals into your life, being sustainable, educating, working with nature rather than against it, and most of all… building community. We love Fort Worth and all its dirt has to offer.
We do love our gardens too, not just the ones we eat! Plant lots of flowers for the bees, please– year around…
Please stop by and consider buying the best organic edibles in town so you can grow vegetables in your landscape (I promise they can be beautiful) or for the more traditional, we have many flowers, vines and trees for you to choose from. If you need some help deciding where you should plant or want us to do it for you; we offer certified permaculture landscape design, consultations, and licensed irrigation.
