This makes it possible to relax, release tension, enhance meditation, clear emotional blocks and dismantle limiting beliefs. You can achieve a greater sense of balance and higher consciousness.

THERE WILL BE MATS AND PILLOWS AVAILABLE. BUT FEEL FREE TO BRING ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE, SUCH AS LOOSE CLOTHING, A LIGHT BLANKET, WATER BOTTLE NOTEBOOK ETC.
