About this event
Surrender to the healing vibrations of sound as Brooke leads you through a deeply restorative and transformational sound bath experience. You will be bathed in the rich, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to permeate the mind and body, bringing all systems back into balance.
This 90-minute experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to activate every cell in your being. We will end with tea and some time for self-reflection. This deeply relaxing experience is total bliss. You will walk away feeling completely refreshed and renewed! All are welcome. No experience necessary.
WHAT TO BRING:
Dress comfortably and bring water. I will have blankets and props available for you to use but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort.
