Description: Please join us for a lunch talk with Steven Lofchie and Ellen Holloman, Partners at Cadwalader! Mr. Lofchie and Ms. Holloman will explain the current regulatory background relating to cryptocurrency and will also discuss recent cryptocurrency enforcement actions by the SEC and the CFTC.

Mr. Lofchie is a partner in Cadwalader's Financial Services Department where his regulatory practice focuses on advising financial institutions on regulatory issues and financial instruments, and his transactional practices focuses on securities credit and derivative transactions. Ms. Holloman is a partner in Cadwalader's Global Litigation Group where her practice focuses on representing financial institutions, corporations and individuals in civil litigation and related regulatory enforcement proceedings and corporate internal investigations.
