Description

Crucial Conversations is a 2-day workshop from 8am - 4pm both days.


This training is a licenced training and there is a $358.00 cost to attend these workshops that includes a $100 trainer fee and $258 materials fee payable by KC POETA.

In this training you will learn skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics - at all levels of your organization. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.
