Since the JOBS Act launched Crowdfunding, the world of raising equity for small business owners has rocketed. It is estimated that people will raise up to $3.2 Trillion (with a capital T) by 2020.

Program: For Profit and Non Profit

In a 4-hour comprehensive live experience, Crowdfunding securities attorney and other national experts will walk us through how to take an entrepreneur’s concept, use Crowdfunding Regulations of the new JOBS Act, (Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act) and prepare an actual online Crowdfunding campaign to raise between $100,000 and $20 million for our business. Anyone can do it!

The purpose of producing the seminar is to support small business growth in America, create jobs, and allow benefactors to contribute to the success of other people’s lives.  You've heard of  Kickstarter and GoFundMe. This seminar teaches participants how to raise money for their "for profit" as well as "non profit" enterprises.

The first of its kind seminar in San Diego, “The Principles of Crowdfunding and How To Raise Capital Using the JOBS Act” will also feature one of the first B-Corporations (For-Benefit), a for-purpose, for-benefit, for-profit business model catching on Globally. Our seminar will include an organic lunch catered by a new concept natural food deli, GOODONYA, Encinitas, a B-Corporation.

If you cannot attend, please forward this invitation to someone who wishes to raise money.

Speakers: AGENDA

Amy Wan, Esq., Securities Attorney specializing in Crowdfunding law and partner at Crowdfunding Lawyers.
