Event description
A 3-hour seminar to help prevent emotional abuse that divorcing parents can cause when they lose sight of their child's needs.

About this event

Please note that due to funding restrictions, this class is limited to those residing in the state of AZ.

Crossroads of Parenting & Divorce is a five-step seminar designed to prevent divorce abuse—a specific type of emotional abuse that divorcing parents cause when, in their anger and bitterness, they lose sight of their child’s needs.

This video-based seminar will help parents become aware of how their actions may inadvertently harm their children, show how to establish positive post-divorce co-parenting relationships, and provide them with the skills they need to stay child-focused while minimizing poor choices amidst conflict and loss.

Join us Tuesday, 12/14 & Thursday, 12/16 from 6:00-7:30pm for this two-day course, delivered online via Zoom

5 Steps to Prevent Divorce Abuse

In just two sessions (1.5 hours each), parents will learn how to implement the 5 prevention steps:

Step 1: Keep your child out of the middle.

Step 2: Allow your child to love both parents.

Step 3: Work on your own recovery.

Step 4: Develop new communication skills.

Step 5: Create a positive new relationship as co-parents.
