LISA O'NEILL

Over the years Lisa O'Neill has quietly built a reputation for herself on the Irish and international scenes and now has a growing following with her unique folk sound, strong song-writing and distinctive voice. Her debut release ‘Has an Album’ was followed in 2013 by Choice-nominated ‘Same Cloth Or Not’. Her third album ‘Pothole in the Sky’ garnered critical acclaim and is filled with tension and emotion, contextualising themes of love, loss, heartache and sorrow today through referencing tales from the past with beauty, honesty and defiance. Lisa’s last release on the Rough Trade imprint River Lea, ‘Heard A Long Gone Song’ has garnered huge acclaim both at home and abroad. It was Choice Nominated has a 5/5 star review from the Guardian on release and a coveted ‘Best Folk Album of 2019’ from the same publication. She was also nominated in 4 categories at the 2019 UK Folk awards and 5 categories at the 2019 Irish Folk awards, winning one for best original folk song. In 2020 just before the world got turned upside down, Lisa signed an album deal with Rough Trade Records and has been working on new material throughout the pandemic. It is scheduled for release in late October 2022.

“At a time when sameness threatens to drain the world of charm and surprise, Lisa O’Neill stands tall for difference, as an outlier with a mission to frame the world as she sees it and to perform it accordingly. Her voice is her own. No small achievement.” The Irish Times

“Uncompromising, stunning, soul-shaking stuff.” – The Guardian’s Folk Album of the Year

“Magnificent… about as far from safe as it’s possible to get. A special talent indeed.” 9/10 – Hot Press

“’Heard a long gone song is an album that is truly monumental.” – The Irish Herald

“This is as beautiful as it gets.” – The Irish Times

STEO WALL

Steo Wall is a fast emerging talent on the Irish music scene, a striking wordsmith with a unique musical style. Having first barged his way onto the Irish music scene in 2018, Steo has gone from strength to strength. Captivating audiences all around Ireland and the UK. His live sets have been described by Damien Dempsey as pure alchemy.

"Steo is set to join the likes of Damien Dempsey and Shane McGowan, as a Pioneering voice in Irish folk music." Hot Press Magazine 2018.

Steo has an eclectic taste to his music which shines through the multi-genre array of songs at his disposal. With a mix of spoken word and folk inspired melodies all woven to an acoustic groove, Steo is bringing something new, fresh and exciting.

"He comes from the tradition, with a Contemporary feel to his singing. Steo Wall is worth a good listen" Christy Moore.

Ten years ago Steo packed a bag and left Dublin. He headed out to the West of Ireland and quickly began to immerse himself in the vibrant local music scene of North Clare. Having honed his craft, Steo entered in to Malbay recording studios in 2016 and set about writing and recording his critically acclaimed debut album, Where I’m From! Having shared a stage with Damien Dempsey on national tours in 2016, 2017 and again opening Damo's stage in Vicar Street in 2018. Damo quickly became a fan of Steo’s music and agreed to feature on his first single release called, What’s Wrong With The World Ma?

"While Where I'm From is this Dublin Raised, Clare based tunesmiths first Album, you'd be forgiven for thinking he's five records deep into his campaign." Edwin McFee, Hot Press Magazine.

Now in the first quarter of 2022 Steo is gearing up to release his second studio album, Street Wosdom For Lost Souls. This all marks a very exciting next chapter for a very exciting artist.

DAVID HOPE

David Hope has gigged and toured extensively in both his native Ireland and mainland Europe, averaging in excess of 200 shows per year. During this time, Hope has built a reputation as one of the very best live performers on the touring circuit today.

‘Tough Love’ (2017) built on the success of ‘Scarecrow’ (2013) which garnered extensive radio play and successive tours both in Europe and Hope's native Ireland. The first single from ‘Tough Love’, 'Christmas Day', was chosen as the RTE Radio 1 song selected for the European Broadcasting Union Christmas Music Project and featured on a playlist across all member states.
