Join us at CrossKeys Vineyards to celebrate Valentines Week with a one of a kind food and wine pairing. Chef Dexter Burgess has created a 4 course menu paired perfectly with 4 wines served in our wine flights. The menu is as follows:
4 Course Meal
Spinach, Strawberry, Gorgonzola, Spiced Pecan, Apple, Maple Balsamic Vinegar
Paired with 2017 Chardonnay
Shaved Ribeye Crostini, Gouda, Horseradish Cream, Pickled Onion
Paired with 2017 Fiore
Bourbon Bacon Glazed Salmon, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Potato Dauphinoise
Paired with 2017 Joy Red
Chocolate Bread Pudding, Peanut Butter Cream
Paired with 2015 Tavern
The cost is $40 per couple and includes the a shareable four course meal and two wine flights.
Note we will have live music by Jimmy O Saturday the 16th from 1-4 PM.
