CrossFit Triton's Winter Throwdown

This will be a same sex team competition. Teams will consist of male/male or female/female in both Rx and scaled divisions. WODS to be announced at a later date. Guaranteed 3 Workouts with top competitors moving on.
Row 250 meters while the other partner holds a plate in each hand; then switch positions and repeat.
Then: Fran: 21, 15, 9 Thruster/Pullups,
Then: Row 250 meters while the other partner holds a plate in each hand; then switch positions and repeat.
Rowers dampers on 5, plate 45/25, thruster 95/65. 30 second penalty for loss of grip and plate drops.
Men's Ladder begins at 165, Women's Ladder begins at 95.
Teams will be allowed 1 minute per bar for both athletes to complete lift. If lift is missed, count number of burpees accomplished in remaining time.
Score will be the total of both athlete's load and burpees.

60 kettlebell swings 55/45,
50 wall balls 20,14,
40 power snatch 135/95,
30 toes to bar,
20 box jumps 30/24,
10 sumo high pulls with barbell 135/95
WOD 1 Row 250 meters while other partner holds plate switch positions then begin 21,15,9 thrusters and jumping pullups. Then repeat row and plate carry. Rowers dampers on 4, 65,45 thruster and 25/10 plates.
WOD 2 Clean ladder males starting at 95 and females starting at 45. One minute per bar, if athlete fails must do burpees for remaining time.
WOD 3 80 single jump rope, 70 burpees, 60 kettlebell swings 45/35, 50 wall balls 14/12, 40 power snatch 95/65, 30 knees to elbows, 20 box jumps 24/20, 10 sumo high pulls with a barbell 95/65
Top competitors will move on to 4th WOD TBD
