Description
Calling all CrossFit athletes! Have you always wanted to compete in CrossFit, but felt like you needed to get the first one out of the way? Come join CrossFit Elevation as we host "#1 Competition." Bring your friends, families, and fellow CrossFitters to spectate the event and enjoy great eats from Caveman Cafeteria: Where the Hunters Gather (the first paleo food truck in Denver!) and beverages from Sierra Nevada.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Athletes competing should be there no later than 8:30 a.m. to check in and get settled
- There will be three (3) workouts during the day; and we will be doing heats
- There are no age brackets for this competition; just a beginner and advanced division for men and women
- Workouts will NOT be announced prior to the competition
- For both advanced and beginner there will be NO muscle ups or handstand pushups; however, expect a wide-range of other exercises (kettlebells, Olympic lifts, pull-ups, calisthenics, etc.).

We may include jumping squats or lunges, decline or hand release pushups, chin-over or chest-to-bar pullups, and dips on bars or rings. “Be prepared for the unknown and unknowable”, but we will not include anything outside the abilities of someone who can Rx the majority of Main-site WODs.
