Critical Thinking Boot Camp for Kids (PreK - 3) - This is a fun-filled advanced academic boot camp for preschoolers.

The Critical Thinking Boot Camp for Kids is an unique academic enrichment program that helps young children advance their thinking skills through a structured method using hands-on play, natural curiosity and abstract questioning. For over a decade, this program continues to yield high achieving reading and math results for preschoolers and offers great benefits for parents seeking support on academic readiness for selective enrollment, gifted and talented or classical programs.

Through a series of effective and intriguing questions, puzzles and fun hands-on activities, your child can avoid summer learning loss, experience significant academic gains in reading, math, listening, reasoning and verbal skills. These classes are great enrichment activities for your whiz kid or preschooler bound for a gifted program.

Developed by an award-winning educator, we use a series of research-based brain development exercises, customized abstract spatial puzzles and fun cognitive activities to improve reading, math and social skills, listening skills, confidence and abilities in:
Pattern decoding, Math reasoning, Reading and literacy,classification,Sequencing,Visual(spatial) perception,Memory and concentration,problem solving,Logical thinking and more

Registration for this course includes materials and is open to Preschoolers age 3.

Course spans over 6 weeks but includes five (5) - small group instructional learning sessions, pre and post academic evaluations in reading and math. 1 critical thinking workbook.

Classes held from 9:30am to 11am on Sundays in South Loop for a 5 session course on June 11th June 18th, June 25th, July 9th and July 16th. Please note there is no class on July 2, 2017

Parents can not alternate between morning and afternoon sessions. No make up session permitted. Parents classroom participation is required during the session. At least 1 parent or parent representative must remain on site. We reserve the right to cancel classes in the event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Classroom location is subject to change based on University's summer schedule.

Refund Policy: A $100 processing fee applies to all refunds before June 11th. No refunds are granted for no shows or cancellations after June 11, 2017.


Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All parents/caregivers must be a photo ID for sign-in. The course is for children age range 3 years 6 months to 3 years and 11 months old by June 11th. Parents must remain on site.Parent classroom participation is required.

What does the course include?

The course includes five (5) - small group instructional learning sessions, 2 academic evaluations for reading and math and 1 critical thinking workbook.

What is the classroom size?

Classroom enrollment is typically 8 - 10 students. - Parent classroom participation is required. Parents/parent representative must stay onsite.

What are the qualifications of the educators?

Out staff includes highly skilled and Master's degree holding professionals as well as certified critical thinking specialists, gifted and talented program certification and licensed elementary teachers.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We are currently working on FREE or reduced parking options. More information will be emailed to parents by June 1st

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, However, before June 1st all enrollees will receive an email to provide more registration including chidl's name and DOB.
