<H2>Arts Learning and the Innovation Workforce </H2>
To remain competitive in a rapidly-changing global economy our future workforce must learn 21st century innovation and creative thinking skills alongside science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education. The best way to foster that creative thinking for all GA students is through integrated, quality arts education. In a state such as Georgia in which school systems are so often faced with resource challenges, we are tasked with bringing legitimacy and urgency to the values of arts learning so that our next generation is offered access to the education that will best equip them to meet the requirements of success in a 21st century workforce.    
Plan to join the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education as it partners with Georgia Council for the Arts for the April 20 Critical Issues Forum. Rodney Sampson, Partner, Diversity & Inclusion, TechSquare Labs, and Martha Dalton, WABE 90.1 FM education reporter, will discuss the value of arts in preparing the future innovation workforce in a keynote conversation. Immediately following, an expert panel will discuss the role of arts education in meeting current and future workforce needs in Georgia.  Panel participants include:
