Crisis Leadership: Go Slow to Go Fast From Planning to Execution

provides wisdom and valuable techniques ...helping you identify ways to operate with greater success in your fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

This presentation explains how to transform limiting organizational behavior habits into marketplace success using Edgy Unconventional Wisdom to differentiate leaders and organizations from the pack to become a force multiplier in their field.

Susan Guiher joins us from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania as a Communications Expert as well as a leading Executive Coach and Consultant. She is the co-author of Edgy Unconventional Wisdom.

Network with THE LEADERSHIP BAR during the networking reception  at the Flourtown Country Club, March 6, 2014 from 6pm to 8pm as Sue and Skipper describe the emergent field of organizational behavior and self-quantification analysis that can help improve the way we analyze and take action in our professional and personal lives. You’ll enjoy a few leadership moments to empower YOU to manage your way out from a crisis before it happens... and you’ll hear how Edgy Unconventional Wisdom was used throughout Skipper’s career as a United States Marine.
