Event Description:

2020 was a year of crises. From a global pandemic to social unrest to a series of internal scandals, there are a lot of fires that need to be constantly extinguished. The best organizations don't just respond to crises, they plan for them. Cass Bailey, CEO of Slice Communications, will walk us through a crisis planning workshop that will benefit Social Media Day members personally and organizationally. She will help us explore potential crises we may face and then begin to outline our response plans. Each member will leave the session better prepared for the crises we are all likely to face in 2022.

In advance of the event, each registrant will be emailed a packet to work through during the session.
