In this presentation, attendees will learn who needs a crisis communication plan (hint: it’s everybody), how to go about creating one, and what kinds of information to include when crafting a social media response protocol. Attendees will leave knowing what should be incorporated into their own plans, when to loop in a crisis professional, and understand the benefit of having a plan for handling various crises through traditional media and on social channels.
