About this event
The music starts in the DCCH Big Blue Barn at 7 pm and includes 3 Local Artists, Maria Carrelli Band, The Turkey's and DJ Cue Dawg. Tickets include a voucher for the food truck and drink ticket along with our signature reusable cup. Our mission at Winning With ALS is to provide support for families with children still in the home who are living with a parent diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). This year we have a local Northern Kentucky Family that has been affected by an ALS diagnosis. The focus of our fundraising at this event will be to assist in starting a college fund for their daughter who will be starting her freshman year in college.
In the past 4 years, despite the pandemic, Winning With ALS has provided support in the following ways:
Helped 8 families with vacation expenses.
Family bathroom remodel with the support of Toto.
Provided grants for tuition for 12 children to college and private school tuition.
A grant for two boys to play fantastic flag football in the fall Driver education classes.
Thrilled a senior in high school to be able to work with a college counselor as he looks to choose a college
A puppy!
Music Camp tuition.
Surprise Christmas gifts for 9 families for a total of 21 kids .
Club Soccer Fees
A computer for college freshman.
