Description

New York is one of just a handful of states where District Attorneys don't have to turn over evidence until trial. People accused of crimes are unable to evaluate or challenge a case effectively. The purpose of the forum is to bring together some of the best legal minds, legislatures, those who have been affected and community leaders to change the evidence laws in the New York State Criminal Justice System.
