Join us for FREE Mindful Meditation Sessions the SECOND MONDAY of every month.

Time: 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM

This Community Mindful Meditation class is hosted by the Crim Fitness Foundation's Mindfulness Initiative in downtown Flint.

If you're new to meditation or experienced, this is a great class for you. All levels of meditation practioners are welcomed and encouraged. A mindfulness instructor will provide a guided meditaition as well as offer space for silent and open meditation. Please arrive on time, as the session will begin at 5:15pm.

Whether you're looking for something to do with friends, a way to unwind after work or class, learn a new skill, or just practice, meditaition has something to offer everyone.

Chairs and yoga mats will be available to use at the Crim. If you have your own mat or meditaition cushion, please feel free to bring that along with you.
