Join us for Community Yoga the FIRST WEDNESDAY of every month.

Time: 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM

There will be occassional exceptions to the every Wednesday: July session will be the 2nd Wednesday of the month (due to the 4th of July being observed on a Wednesday)

This Community Yoga class is hosted by the Crim Fitness Foundation's Mindfulness Initiative in Downtown Flint.

If you're new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this is a great class for you. All levels of yoga practioners are welcomed and encouraged. Whether you're looking for something to do with friends, a way to relax after work or class, stretch or build muscle strenth, yoga has something to offer every body.

Yoga mats will be available to borrow at the Crim. If you have your own mat, please bring that along with you. Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing.
