CRÊPES : A FRENCH TRADITION

Learn the foundations of this French classic. We’ll prepare the batter, practice making and flipping crêpes, and fill them with a variety of savory fillings including fresh herbs, vegetables and cheeses. Then we’ll work on dessert, topping crêpes with fresh fruit, Nutella® and fresh whipped cream. Bon appétit! $45

The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
