Dreamer’s Disease is a wellness & lifestyle podcast. The host, Alex Manzi, is a social media freelancer and positive mindset coach. Whether it’s a discussion about every day struggles or hearing the story of an inspirational guest, the aim is to inspire the listener to make a positive change in their life so that they can start becoming the best version of themselves.

Alex will be joined by Adam and David from the Creative Rebels podcast who - along with running 3 businesses of their own - have been inspiring creatives and entrepreneurs to follow their passions and turn their hobbies into work.

You can expect an evening of great conversation, discussing the struggles of the creative journey, finding your niche and getting paid work with some Q&A thrown in.

About the speaker:

Alex Manzi:

Having spent years working in creative industries as a social media producer at companies such as Grey London, BBC and Spotify, Alex embarked on his own path of self discovery and creative output.

A huge part of this journey has been the birth of Alex’s Dreamer’s Disease podcast - a wellness and lifestyle podcast. Whether it’s a discussion about every day struggles or hearing the story of an inspirational guest, the aim is to inspire the listener to make a positive change in their life so that they can start becoming the best version of themselves.

Creative Rebels:

In 2010 we started our first business, Graffiti Life. Back then; there were no real community platforms, advice or podcasts. Social media wasn’t what it is today. With no established blueprint to follow, our small team stood on a high street, drawing on a canvas and handing out business cards, hoping to be noticed.

In the years that followed we have generated a massively successful business. Our team has grown from three to fifteen and we regularly make art for global brands like Nike, L’Oreal and Disney.

We’ve also expanded in other ways. We’ve opened a tattoo studio, a company focused on creative out of home advertising, an interior design project and a gardening club, amongst other things!

With all this in mind…we want to share our story, hear stories from around the world and help creatives trying to make it.
