Creativity Inspiration and Wine! for Ages 21 & up
w/Teacher Andrea D'Avignon

7pm-10pm Saturday 1/18/14 (1 class)

Bring a friend and your favorite bottle of wine and create a beautiful acrylic painting! You will be guided step by step to complete your own masterpiece. We will learn about and be inspired by a variety of master painters, Andy Warhol, Edward Hopper, Henri Matisse, Claude Monet, and many more!

Note: all participants will have to sign a waiver before attending the class. You can either print and sign it before you come in, or we'll have copies for you in the studio to complete. Click to see and downlooad the waiver.

Class Policies

PUNCTUALITY
Please be on time for your class. Do not "drop off" your child early or leave him(her) at the studio past their class time. We are not equipped to watch/babysit children that are not enrolled on a class.

MISSED CLASS POLICY
If an student misses a class, he(she) can attend one of the other regular classes in the schedule providing there is room available on that class. However, there is ABSOLUTELY NO PRORATING NOR REFUND for missed classes. "Missed" classes cannot be used as a "class credit" for the next session. To be fair with all students we cannot make any exception.

Cancellation Policy

FOR SUMMER CAMPS
If you withdraw from a class before it begins, provided you give the school 7 days notice, you will be refunded your tuition less a $30 cancellation fee. Due to instructor/school preparation costs, no refunds will be granted 6 days or less prior to the class start date.

FOR WEEKLY CLASSES
A minimum of two weeks advanced notice before the class period starts is required to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the two week advanced notice period will be refunded less $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made THREE days before the class starts ARE NOT eligible

Release of Liability

As parent/guardian/student, I assume all responsibilities and waive any claim for compensation for accidental injury incurred by my child/myself while at Art & Soul premises located at 3801 Berkman Drive, Austin, TX 78723,, or otherwise in the care of Art & Soul staff, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Art & Soul, its agents, employees or servants, whether paid or volunteer, against any and all claims which may arise from any injury to said child/person while participating in this program.

Photo Authorization

We like to post photos of our students and students work in our Facebook page and website. Some of the photos are used in our printed materials as flyers and postcards. If you rather that either pictures of the artwork or your student are not published please send us an email indicating so.
