We believe that creativity should be accessible to everyone. Therefore, the cost to attend this event is low, set at $25 per ticket until October 28, and $35 after October 28. Scholarships are available, for more information please contact

Price increases to $40 on day of the event.

The cost of the conference is low so that you can use the money you would usually spend on conference registration to instead pay your Creativity Leaders directly. During each session you will be guided in a shared creative experience with your Creativity Leader. In exchange for their time, talent, and creative energy, you will be invited to gift them a cash donation at the end of their session. This will go directly to the Creativity Leader in thanks and appreciation for sharing their creative work with you.

Please give generously from what you are able.

We are working with Berwyn-based Beyond Catering to provide boxed lunches for this event. Each lunch comes with a sandwich or salad, a bag of chips, and a dessert item. Water coolers are available throughout the event venue, and we recommend you bring a water bottle that can be refilled.

If you are interested in purchasing lunch, please purchase the general admission and lunch ticket and fill out this google form to indicate your lunch choices.

Lunch will also be a time for participants to network with Creativity Leaders and browse items available for purchase from Creativity Leaders.

Creativity Slam

The Creativity Conference will end with a Creativity Slam. At this slam, Creativity Leaders and participants will be invited to showcase their creative skills. Consider this an open mic for creativity. You can join in as a presenter or sit back and watch creative magic unfold from your fellow attendees.

Statement of Equity and Inclusion

Creativity is a right. However, due to structural injustice in our country and world, those with social and cultural privilege are often afforded more access to creative spaces, resources, and time, and are compensated for their creative work at higher rates. For this reason, The Creativity Conference is committed to inclusion and equity. This commitment will be demonstrated by the choice of Creativity Leaders, the intentional promotion of events to a diverse market, and creating access to the event by keeping costs low and hosting in an accessible location.

The Creativity Conference is committed to providing a platform for individuals who, as a result of their race, ethnicity, gender, ability, or sexual orientation, have been systematically denied access to opportunity and resources that are key to engaging creativity and being compensated for their creative work. Therefore, we commit to including Creativity Leaders that represent many genders, races, cultures, ethnic backgrounds, abilities, religions, sexual identities, and socioeconomic statuses.

Mutual Respect and Privacy Agreement:

By participating in the Creativity Conference you agree to hold space for a safe experience for all participants, including Creativity Leaders. Mutual respect and kindness is expected from and for everyone at the event.

Email Communication:

By registering for this conference you agree to receive email communication regarding the event and future opportunities from Rachel Swanson Coaching. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time.
