The Creatively Aligned Film Festival is a subsidiary of and produced by Golden Ink Media Distribution LLC. The Creatively Aligned Women (CAW) Film Festival will be held on Sept. 30th- Oct 2nd 2022 at the SOPAC Theater in New Jersey right in the heart of the upscale Village area. This film festival is centered around and celebrates talented Women of Color who would like the support and a platform to express their abundant creativeness.

Creatively Aligned Women's Film Festival will ultimately offer them the opportunity to have their entrees seen on a streaming platform, The GIM Network, which is also dedicated to women in film and television.

*Must be 18 years and older to enter.

Projects must have at least one woman in one of the "key" production positions: (Producer, Director, Writer, Cinematographer, Lead Actress, Etc...)

-Projects that are produced and/or directed by men are accepted as long as there is a lead female protagonist and/or the story is based around women.

-All genres are accepted.

-Submissions in languages other than English must be subtitled or dubbed.

-The entry fee is per category.

-Entry fee is non-refundable.

-Fee waivers are not available.

-Please do not send paper press kits with your screener unless requested.

Awards & Prizes

All submissions will be screened and judged at The Creatively Aligned Women Festival during the 2 day event at the SOPAC in South Orange, New Jersey.

*All registered film creators will receive 4 complimentary tickets.

Filmography in each category represented will receive a trophy and distribution for content on a streaming platform.

Best Full Feature Film: 1-2 hours long Entry Fee $25

Best Short Film: 5-15 minutes long Entry Fee $15

Best Scripted Series: 20-1:30 minutes long Entry Fee $20

Best Web-series: 3-10 minutes long Entry Fee $15

Best Documentary: 1-2 hours long Entry Fee $25

Best Experimental: 15-30 minutes long Entry Fee $15

**COVID-19 Regulations

We have implemented, COVID-19 guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety of everyone. This will be our very first live screening film festival experience. While we're aware of many people opposed to the FDA approved vaccines. We are strictly enforcing mask regulations upon arrival to the venue. If you do not wish to wear a mask during the festivities? You may ask prior to watch parts of the Creatively Aligned Women's Film Festival virtually. In the coming months there will be information provided which parts of the festival will be virtual. After that if virtual audience member(s) chooses to support or watch online, you will be assigned a link granting you access to watch via web.

Please make note: If you do not see tickets listed for the festival you’re interested in, that screening (title, movie, show entry) may not be available to watch virtually.
