This shall be a one-day writing workshop focused on producing new writing via a series of improvisational writing exercises and group activities. In this welcoming, encouraging environment surrounded by other winners, you will get to work those creative muscles and share what you have written, if you like. By the end of the session, you will have several new pieces of writing that can be expanded into blog posts, essays, book chapters, screenplays, etc. Additionally, we will workshop material you bring in for critique, if you decide to.
Bring your fiction or non-fiction completed works or works-in-progress to receive positive, constructive feedback on your writing from me and your fellow writers. If you are bringing work in to be critiqued, please make at least 10 copies in proper manuscript format (no wacky fonts/colors), no more than 1500 words of prose/essay writing, or 15 pages of a screenplay.
