Creative Wellbeing Workshop (Autumn)

This is an opportunity to find time to refocus on your own personal wellbeing. Combining mindfulness and creativity to create a leaf bowl and coaster.
We begin with a simple meditation using the fallen leaves of autumn as our inspiration . The groups are small and relaxed and include refreshments.
Please arrive at 9.45 to allow time to transition from the busyness of the morning, grab a cup of tea/coffee and get to know the others in the group.
No mindfulness/art experience is required. The session is for anyone who wants to experience some calm and relaxation while getting in the creative flow. We focus on the process not the outcome.
