Join TeAda Artist Shruti Purkayastha in this collaboration with longtime L.A. Organizer Victor Narro, author of Living Peace: Connecting Your Spirituality with Your Work for Justice. Big THANKS to our amazing partners at the UCLA Labor Center!
This season is all about wellness. How do you be well? What do you need to be well? How can we, as community, work towards building structures for wellness?
In the words of Victor Narro:
“We are just two weeks into a 208 week presidency and each day our heart beats 100,000 times. We need pace and sustain our self”.
We're visioning this season of CreAtive Self Care to be more community sharing, conversations and storytelling. Bring your whole self, your practices for surviving and thriving and let's build together!
